These terms explain how AnalyticalIQ Solutions provides credit education, documentation assistance, and consulting services.
Our goal is simple — to help you understand your options clearly before any services begin. Before services begin, all clients review and sign a service agreement that includes the following disclosures and authorizations:
Credit Service Agreement
Authorization for Credit Repair Action
Consumer Credit File Rights (CROA Disclosure)
Right Of Cancellation Notice
Services Provided
Guidance on dispute options and recommended next steps based on documented findings.
Preparation of written correspondence related to disputes of inaccurate or unverifiable credit report information.
Assistance reviewing correspondence received from credit reporting agencies and creditors.
Credit education, consulting, and progress monitoring conducted through meetings, phone, email, video conferencing, or other standard communication methods during normal business hours.
In exchange for the services described above, clients agree to pay fees as outlined in their signed service agreement.
You may cancel your contract for any reason within three (3) business days from the date of signing by providing written notice as described in your agreement.
